3. Connecting Social Media Accounts

You can connect social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, X) to Gro.

Step 1 — Choose a Method

There are two ways to add an account:

1. Through Campaign Registration — while registering for a campaign.
2. Through Profile Settings — anytime via the Profile menu.

Step 2 — Choose a Platform

Select the platform account you want to connect: TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, or X.

Step 3 — Choose a Connection Method

Method	Description
Auto-connect	Only available for TikTok and Shopee
Manual connect	TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, X (enter account information manually)

Caution

When auto-connecting TikTok, make sure the account logged into TikTok is the same as the account you want to connect — if it’s different, the connected account may get overwritten.

Step 4 — Account Information (Manual Connect)

There are 3 account types: Creator, Media, and Store (available for Instagram, Shopee, and TikTok).

For Shopee accounts, enter your follower count; for X accounts, enter your subscriber count.

Tip

Write your username in lowercase letters to avoid sync failures.
